St. Raphael uses email notifications to deliver important information and announcements about the parish, including schedule changes, cancelations, ministry updates, volunteer opportunities, event info, religious education details, and more. We do not share your contact information with any other organizations. In the two sections below, you will find: 

  • Email Signup Form - Sign up for our email list(s) if you are not already. Also embedded below.
  • Email Preferences Form - Request to change/add an email address or change list subscription(s) if you are already signed up. Also embedded below.

Use this form if you have never received emails and want to, or if you used to receive emails and no longer do, but want to again. In the second case, your email address was most likely unsubscribed and you will have to sign up again using the Email Sign-Up Form. For legal reasons, we cannot re-subscribe an unsubscribed email address.


To make changes to your name, email address, or subscribed lists, you can either click on the Update Profile/Email Address link at the very bottom of every email you receive from St. Raphael or scroll down to fill out the form in the Modify Your Email Subscription section.

Note: You can directly update your name, change your email address, and modify the lists you are via our email service provider, Constant Contact, by clicking on the Update Profile/Email Address link at the bottom of every email you get from St. Raphael. Please also contact the parish office to submit your changed contact info. The form below will be submitted to staff who will make the changes for you as soon as possible.
