These forms are not tied to any specific event or class. This will usually be the Parental Intent for Social Media form and Safe Environment Social Communication Policy form, but others may appear as necessary.

The photo/video release allows the church to use the likeness of RE students in promotional, educational, and other materials. If a form is not submitted for a student, permission is granted.
