  • A Directory can help you place a face with a name if you don't recognize the person in the pew, or at another parish event. 

    It is also very helpful for parish staff to better recognize parishioners. 

  • Instant Church Directory allows us to offer web, app, and printed versions of our parish directory. It is easier to keep up to date with people adding their own photos and information. Printed versions will also be available for purchase periodically. A valuable feature is being able to include our homebound parishioners as well. 

  • Submission Process:

    A person submits their photo through directory@raphael.org. This is received by a parish staff member who verifies that you/your family are registered members. 


    Please indicate in your submission if you do not want your email address published or your child/ren's names listed.


    Accessing App

    People use the email address they submitted to log in once notified. Screenshots of 2 Step Verification can be viewed here.


    Making Changes to Profile

    A person can update their own image, email address, etc. 

    Note: Any changes are sent to a parish staff member for verification and authorization. 

    • Email a "Happy Birthday" or "Thinking of You" message  (if person has approved their email to be included)
    • Remember St. Raphael events and learn parish history
    • Be a part of St. Raphael history as well!
  • Submit Your Photo

    Email directory@raphael.org

    If given the option, send photo in "Actual Size" for best resolution


    Include:

    • The correct spelling of names
    • Email addresses of those who wish to have web/app access
    • (optional) phone number, birthday

    Please indicate

    if you do not want your email address published or child/ren's names listed.

    A confirmation email will be sent within a week of your submission. If you check your spam folder after a week, and have still not received a confirmation, please email directory@raphael.org again. We deeply apologize if this happens. 


  • Need a Photo?

    Bring your smartphone before or after Masses to Good Samaritan Hall on the following weekends:


    July 26/27

    August 2/3

    August 9/10

    August 16/17

    August 23/24


    More weekends will open if needed. 


    Megan Kugel, Communications Coordinator, or a volunteer will take a photo with your smartphone. 


    Then submit to directory@raphael.org

    If given the option, send photo in "Actual Size" for best resolution



  • Need Help?

    If you do not have a photo to submit, or a smartphone for someone to take a picture of you, please contact Megan Kugel, megan.kugel@raphael.org, (920) 233-8044 ext. 234


    Megan will arrange to have a picture taken of you with a digital camera in Good Samaritan Hall, and assist with submitting to directory@raphael.org.
