Since his ordination as priest in 1991, he has served in parishes in Green Bay, Brillion/Reedsville and Newton, as well as serving in the Diocese of Green Bay as Vocation Director and Vicar for Clergy & Pastoral Leaders. Originally from Appleton, Fr. Tom loves being a priest and is excited about serving the people of St. Raphael Parish. His desire is that we may all grow in our relationship with Jesus and one another in the Church, and find ways to share our faith with others. If you need to schedule a personal appointment with Fr. Tom, contact the parish office at 920 233 8044.

    Parochial Vicar (Associate Pastor)

Fr. Quinn Mann is the youngest of five children, and he credits his vocation to his mother. He attended Corpus Christi School in Sturgeon Bay while growing up which then led to degrees in Political Economy and Business Marketing before attending Mundelein Seminary. It's a small world because that is the same seminary Fr. Kevin attended! Fr. Quinn was ordained a priest in 2006, and has served both as a parish priest as well as Executive Director for Catholic Youth Expeditions (CYE) in Bailey's Harbor, Door County. Boating, being with friends and reading (authors like Walker Percy and Michael O'Brien) are some of his many hobbies. Fr. Quinn is very much looking forward to serving and offering sacraments as a Parochial Vicar here at St. Raphael's. May the love of Christ be the goal to which we strive. Pax Christi (Peace of Christ)!

    Pastoral Associate

Sara Scheunemann, originally from West Bend, was raised in a faithful Christian home, where she learned at a young age to love Jesus, his Word, and his people. In 2016, her desire to receive Jesus in the Eucharist and her calling to belong entirely to him led her to seek full communion with the Catholic Church. Three years later, she was consecrated by Bishop Ricken as a virgin living in the world, a vocation of spousal love and commitment to Jesus Christ in ordinary life.

Prior to joining the St. Raphael staff, Sara served at the Oshkosh Newman Center, the John Wesley Honors College of Indiana Wesleyan University, and with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. She holds a degree in English and Classics from Marquette University, a master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton, and a master's in Christian Spirituality from Creighton University. You are most likely to find her before the Blessed Sacrament, walking in beautiful places, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

As pastoral associate, Sara looks forward to helping others grow in their faith and love for the Lord through adult faith formation, accompaniment of those desiring to become Catholic, and pastoral care. She also has an active ministry of spiritual direction.

They have three adult children: Ellie, Abby and Ian. Her family enjoys volunteering not only in their neighborhoods and workplaces, but especially within the St. Raphael community. One of Jenifer’s favorite here at church is CLOW.
