  • Fr. Tom Long began serving as Pastor of St. Raphael in August 2017. Since his ordination as priest in 1991, he has served in parishes in Green Bay, Brillion/Reedsville and Newton, as well as serving in the Diocese of Green Bay as Vocation Director and Vicar for Clergy & Pastoral Leaders. Originally from Appleton, Fr. Tom loves being a priest and is excited about serving the people of St. Raphael Parish. His desire is that we may all grow in our relationship with Jesus and one another in the Church, and find ways to share our faith with others. If you need to schedule a personal appointment with Fr.   • FR. BEN PRIBBENOW

    Parochial Vicar (Associate Pastor)

    Fr. Ben Pribbenow was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Green Bay in July of 2023.  He is the youngest of three children and grew up in Kimberly. Graduating from UW Madison in 2017, Fr. Ben is a Badger through and through. He only missed one home Badger football game while a student! Beyond sports, it was at St. Paul’s University Catholic Center in Madison that Fr. Ben met the Lord and discerned the call to the priesthood.  Priestly formation brought him to Mundelein Seminary in Illinois and then to the North American College in Rome. He looks forward to diving further into the Oshkosh Community at St. Raphael while continuing his appointment as Chaplain at Lourdes Academy. Fr. Ben has a full life with many loves. He loves to visit his parents, siblings, and eight nieces and nephews who still live in Kimberly. He loves playing and watching almost any sport and has a passion for Specialty Coffee.  And above all, Fr. Ben loves being a priest of Jesus Christ.  


  • DEACON JOHN INGALA

    Pastoral Minister

    Deacon John was ordained a permanent deacon by Bishop David L. Ricken for the Diocese of Green Bay in 2009 and assigned to St. Raphael the Archangel Parish where he serves the parish in a variety of ministries. Prior to ordination, Deacon John spent 17 years as owner/president of his own strategic planning, marketing and fundraising firm and 10 years prior as the Marketing Officer for Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. Deacon John has recently retired from the Jesuit Retreat House on Lake Winnebago after serving 14 years as the Director of Development & Marketing. He will continue to serve St. Raphael as deacon and a pastoral minister. He and his wife Shelley live in Oshkosh.


  • Deacon Greg was ordained a permanent deacon by Bishop David Zubik for the Diocese of Green Bay in May of 2006. He and his wife Kelly have been parish members since 1996. He currently leads the Stewardship Commission and Baptism Prep program along with facilitating additional ministries as needed, and looks forward to helping others grow closer to Jesus and becoming missionary disciples.

     

    Deacon Greg holds a Masters Degree from Marquette University, and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. When not at St. Raphael's, he works full-time as an IT Director, is a member of the University of Wisconsin-Superior Foundation Board of Directors, and is a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors golfing, fishing and skiing, and most of all spending time with Kelly and their two sons, Charlie and Robert.

  • Deacon Mark was ordained a permanent deacon by Bishop David L. Ricken for the Diocese of Green Bay in 2021. Mark and his wife Jenifer moved to the Oshkosh area in 1991 to pursue a graduate degree in psychology. Having no relatives in the area, the church community has become their family and they have been members of St. Raphael the Archangel Parish for over twenty years. Mark enjoys spending time with his three now adult children, Elinor, Abby, and Ian, and in the outdoors, especially fly fishing. Dcn. Mark looks forward to sharing God’s love with the members of St. Raphael the Archangel Parish and the community as we walk together as brothers and sisters in Christ. 

  • SARA SCHEUNEMANN

    Pastoral Associate

    Sara Scheunemann, originally from West Bend, was raised in a faithful Christian home, where she learned at a young age to love Jesus, his Word, and his people. In 2016, her desire to receive Jesus in the Eucharist and her calling to belong entirely to him led her to seek full communion with the Catholic Church. Three years later, she was consecrated by Bishop Ricken as a virgin living in the world, a vocation of spousal love and commitment to Jesus Christ in ordinary life. 


    Prior to joining the St. Raphael staff, Sara served at the Oshkosh Newman Center, the John Wesley Honors College of Indiana Wesleyan University, and with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. She holds a degree in English and Classics from Marquette University, a master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton, and a master's in Christian Spirituality from Creighton University. You are most likely to find her before the Blessed Sacrament, walking in beautiful places, reading, and spending time with family and friends. 


    As pastoral associate, Sara looks forward to helping others grow in their faith and love for the Lord through adult faith formation, accompaniment of those desiring to become Catholic, and pastoral care. She also has an active ministry of spiritual direction.

  • Deb Ransbottom

    Executive Secretary

    Deb has served St. Raphael Church leading the front office staff in her role as lead executive secretary for more than ten years. She is often the first contact for many of our guests, and makes sure that everyone feels welcome. She is the chief editor of our weekly bulletin and lead scheduler for the parish, taking responsibility for the coordination of multiple calendars, events and personnel. In her free time, Deb loves directing community theater groups (as well as taking acting roles herself) and spending time with her children, new grandchildren and dearest friends. Deb would be happy to answer your parish-related questions.

  • Jill Eaton

    pastoral care facilitator

    Jill has served in a variety of roles at St. Raphael since 2010. Her current role as Pastoral Care Facilitator allows her to organize the homebound ministry, be present to people in the grief support group, and share in the joy of young families preparing their children for Baptism. Jill became Catholic through the RCIA program. God has used this and other experiences to shape her listening ear and welcoming heart as people walk through the St. Raphael doors. She highly values time spent with her husband Tim, three children, and four grandchildren,as well as gardening, cooking, canning and playing golf. You are welcome to contact Jill with questions you may have about ministry schedules and/or any general parish activities.

  • Anne Glowcheski

    Accounts Receivable Specialist & Religious Education Secretary

    In addition to holding her Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Anne also brings with her over a decade of experience working in the mortgage industry. She finds deep love within her family, being married to her husband Carl, and mom to her two teenage children. If you would happen to have a question regarding your contributions, tax receipts, or need to know more about regular electronic giving, Anne will be happy to help.

  • Karen Moehn

    Liturgy & Music Coordinator

    Karen shares her love of music and communal worship. Since earning her degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Karen has mentored individuals in both voice and keyboard. Karen's responsibilities include overseeing Parish Music, Liturgical Ministers, and Interior Environment areas. Her passion is to empower young people to become music ministry leaders within the church. If you or someone you know has a musical talent waiting to be shared with our congregation, Karen would love to talk to you!

  • ANNE DEACY

    Liturgy Assistant

    Anne joined St Raphael's in 2010 when she married her husband, Tim. She felt called to deepen her connection with the church and the parish after serving as a cantor for a number of years. Anne works closely with the Liturgy & Music Coordinator to schedule parish ministers, prepare for weekly and special masses, as well as order supplies. Her educational background includes Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Nursing, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration. Currently, she is a registered nurse and teaches at Moraine Park Technical College. Outside of work, Anne loves music and reading. She enjoys camping with her husband and chocolate lab, and spending time with their children and grandchildren. 

  • Mark Lindekugel

    Business Manager

    Mark has been with St. Raphael since 2007. He started his service as the parish accountant. In July 2013, he was promoted to his current position of Business Manager. Mark has been working in the accounting field, focusing on small businesses, since 1985. In his private life, Mark enjoys being active with music, both singing and playing various instruments. If you have any business-related questions, Mark will be happy to assist you.

  • Jessie Adrians

    Director of Religious EducaTion

    As a member of St. Raphael since 2002, Jessie is excited to minister to youth and families in her role as director of religious education. She is a graduate of St. Norbert College, De Pere, where she earned her degree in elementary education in 2001 and completed her Masters in Theology in 2020. Her ministry at St. Raphael gives her the opportunity to combine the three great passions of her life: teaching, working with youth and families, and her love of Jesus. Jessie has been married to her husband Josh since 2001, and in 2016 they adopted their son Andrew, who brings happiness and adventure to each and every day! Jessie's other joys in life include baking cookies for family and friends, her daily runs, and reading scripture. If you have general questions about religious education,  second grade sacramental prep or Families of Faith, Jessie is the person to see.

  • Jenifer Jensen

    Elementary Religious Education Coordinator

    Jenifer has been a member here since 2000. The welcoming and always active church atmosphere attracted her and her husband, Deacon Mark Leafgren, to join just before the birth and baptism of their second daughter Abby. They have three adult children: Ellie & Abby,both married and Ian, a sergeant in the Marine Corps. She has a passion for elementary age children. Prior to holding this position, she worked for over 10 years with Lourdes Academy elementary sites, Cabrini and Seton. Jenifer cherishes family time, traveling and the great outdoors. She believes being a friend and follower of Jesus is for everyone.  Is it time for you to answer a call, perhaps to teach our young children here? Jenifer would love to help you discover that.


  • KATIE KLUG

    Gr. 6-12 Religious Education & Youth Ministry Coordinator

    Katie has been a part of the St. Raphael's community since she was in high school attending the Sunday night Mass and Life Nights with her friends. She grew up in Oshkosh and has been extremely active in various parish ministries over the years. Katie has a passion for helping young people grow in their faith and is excited for this new role and working at the parish. 


    Besides her faith, she also enjoys crafting, camping, reading, movies and cheering on the Packers, Badger football, and the Bucks. 


    God equips the called and we can use volunteers of all kinds in Middle and High School Youth Ministry, so let's talk!

  • Kathy Baehman

    Youth Ministry Assistant & Family Outreach Coordinator

    Kathy and her three children joined St. Raphael in 1997. Watching them go through the RE program and learn more about their faith sparked her interest in becoming more involved in the many ministries St. Raphael has to offer. Kathy joined the high school youth ministry program and later became a catechist for the PK/K children. In 2018, she started as our coordinator for the Sunday School program. She is excited for the opportunity to teach the young children of our parish how much God loves them! Kathy loves spending time with her family and friends, reading on her deck and watching Packer, Brewer, Bucks and Badger games.

  • GWENDOLYN Noto

    Sunday School Coordinator PK/K

    Gwendolyn Noto has been a member at St. Raphael with her family since 2012. She felt called to take on the role as Sunday School Coordinator in 2022 after spending 5 years as a catechist here at St. Raphael. She is currently studying at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, getting a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She has worked with children and teens since 2016, ranging from aftercare programs at the YMCA to serving the high school youth ministry program here at St. Raphael. Gwendolyn finds great joy in the awe that children have toward the world and loves that she gets to share the Lord with so many children through this ministry. In addition to coordinating Sunday School, she enjoys crocheting, tending to her plants and finding new shows to watch!


  • MEGAN KUGEL

    Social Communications & IT COORDINATOR

    Megan developed a passion for communications and making videos through a high school elective course. This led her to earn an Associate Degree in Video and Motion Graphics from Madison Media Institute, and eventually a Bachelors in Corporate and Health Communications from UW-Whitewater. Jesus called Megan to be a sister with the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity for six years (where she was Sister Cecilia Joy) before guiding her to a position and new home at St. Raphael's. She is eager to be a part of this parish community and use the gifts God has given her. Attending daily Mass is Megan's favorite way to start the day, and she enjoys spiritual reading, watercolor, and wood burning. Want to join in the communication and multimedia fun at St. Raphael?   • Howard Frank

    Facilities Manager

    Howard has been a custodian since 2000, and he enjoys taking care of God's house. One of his favorite passages is II Corinthians 12:9. Howard sings tenor in a barbershop quartet and plays in a four piece band. He and his wife Pam enjoy three grown children, two young grandsons and a granddaughter.
