Five organizations offering local community outreach have been identified to help those in need. A sixth organization, our Sister Parish in Jackson, Kentucky, offers community outreach for the people in Jackson and Breathitt County. The organizations were identified by St. Raphael’s Human Concerns Committee. In addition, 211 Wisconsin acts as a hub for many organizations that offer a variety of services.
